Primary Presidency

We had our primary program on October 18th, and I must say, I still have to smile when I think of it. I was so proud of the children in the primary, they did such a wonderful job singing the songs, and saying their parts. I had put together some questions at the end of the summer, that went along with the themes we had been learning this year, and had the children answer them in their own words. Their answers were what became the program. I just loved hearing their sweet and tender responses to the questions. One question was "Why is the temple so special?" One little girl said: "Because, the Holy Ghost lives there, and it is Jesus' most greatest house." Claire's answer to that question was "Because you get married there, is is so pretty, and it is Jesus' home." Such true and pure words spoken by the children. When the children were singing the song "Baptism", the one where it talks about the Savior coming to John the Baptist, the spirit was so strong and burning in my heart, as I heard these precious children of God singing their testimonies. It was a moment I will never forget. I love the children in my ward, and feel so blessed and grateful to my Father in Heaven for giving me this opportunity to be with them each Sunday. I absolutely love my calling, and am thankful for it everyday. Spencer and Lori's family came to support us, and it was so nice to have family in the audience to support us - thanks guys!
